Job description

Location Details:Colombia, remote.

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Join our team

The Commercial Success team is the analytics engine behind two of GoDaddy's most important growth levers: Renewals and Media. We turn data from across the business into the insight that leaders actually decide on — how our renewal book is pacing, where media spend is working, and what to do next. This isn't reporting for reporting's sake: our analysis sets strategy and direction at the business-unit level. As a Sr. Mgr - Business Analytics, you'll be one of the most senior individual contributors on the team! The person we hand the ambiguous, high-stakes questions to, and trust to come back with a clear story and a recommendation.

What you'll get to do...

  • Lead complex, end-to-end analytics across Renewals and Media, transforming ambiguous business questions into actionable insights that explain performance, root causes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Redshift, financial and budgeting systems, media/ad platforms, and ad hoc datasets, to create a single trusted source of truth for decision-making.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights through QuickSight dashboards, advanced Excel models, and compelling presentations that simplify complex data and support informed business decisions.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, uncover deeper insights, scale impact, and drive adoption of innovative analytical practices across the team.
  • Partner closely with Renewals, Media, and Finance leaders to shape strategy, develop forward-looking narratives, proactively identify trends and opportunities, establish best practices in SQL and dashboarding, mentor analysts, and enhance organizational data capabilities and measurement frameworks.

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical role, with a proven ability to independently lead complex and ambiguous problems from analysis through recommendation.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing complex queries, working with large cloud data warehouses (Redshift preferred), and serving as a trusted resource for analytical problem-solving.
  • Proven experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources, including finance and budget systems, platform exports, spreadsheets, and other datasets, to develop accurate and actionable business insights.
  • Strong data visualization and executive communication skills, including hands-on experience building business-focused dashboards (Amazon QuickSight preferred), advanced Excel models, and boardroom-ready PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and analytical depth, combined with exceptional analytical storytelling, sound judgment, the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and effective cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.

You might also have...

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Python for data wrangling and automating recurring analysis.
  • Experimentation and statistics — A/B test design, decision and guardrail metrics, and power analysis.
  • Domain experience in subscription/renewals, marketing/media, or FP&A/finance (a plus — but we'll teach the domain to the right analytical talent).
  • Experience building automated reporting pipelines (SQL → Python → dashboard/deck).

We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skills don’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.

We've got your back...We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
