OPERATION ANALYST

This is a remote position.

The Operations Analyst will support operational efficiency by monitoring processes, analyzing operational data, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, structured, and interested in operations, process improvement, and business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and product operations activities.
  
• Track operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  
• Assist in coordinating workflows across product, engineering, and business teams.
  
• Document operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
  
• Identify process gaps and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
  
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
  
• Support reporting and data analysis for operational decision-making.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Basic understanding of business operations or process management.
  
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking and reporting)
  
• Basic data analysis and reporting
  
• Process mapping and documentation
  
• KPI tracking and dashboard understanding
  
• Familiarity with Agile workflows
  
• Exposure to tools such as Jira or similar task management systems (preferred)
  
• Basic understanding of business process improvement concepts.
