Reltio MDM Architect

The ideal candidate is a hands-on MDM Architect who combines strong Reltio expertise with enterprise data architecture and integration experience. They should be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders while also providing detailed technical direction to development and data engineering teams.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Architect to design, architect, and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio Connected Data Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MDM architecture, data modeling, data governance, integration, and Reltio configuration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable MDM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define end-to-end MDM architecture using Reltio.
- Develop Reltio data models for Customer, Product, Supplier, Organization, Location, and other master data domains.
- Configure and implement Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, crosswalks, match rules, survivorship rules, and data quality policies.
- Define Golden Record / Single Source of Truth strategies across multiple source systems.
- Design matching, merging, survivorship, and data cleansing strategies.
- Architect integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, APIs, and downstream applications.
- Work with Reltio APIs, integration frameworks, and event-driven capabilities to support real-time and batch data integration.
- Define data ingestion and synchronization patterns using REST APIs, ETL/ELT, Kafka, cloud platforms, and integration middleware.
- Establish MDM governance frameworks covering data ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Governance teams, Enterprise Architects, and engineering teams.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architecture guidance to development teams.
- Define non-functional requirements around performance, scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex MDM, integration, matching, and data quality issues.
- Review technical designs, code/configurations, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on Reltio experience in architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Reltio Connected Data Platform.

- Experience with data integration technologies such as Kafka, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage, and Data Stewardship.
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise data environments.
Preferred Skills
- Reltio certification is a plus.
- Experience with Customer 360 / Product 360 implementations.
- Experience integrating Reltio with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure Data Lake, or other modern data platforms.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data integration.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and microservices.
- Experience in Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Manufacturing domains.
