Technical Support Engineer (Level 3) – iGaming

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer looking for your next career opportunity? Our Gaming department within Product Development is now hiring! 

The Gaming Area at Betsson Group focuses on online casino Game Play and Game Discovery across all our brands and markets. We aim to offer the best gaming products in the industry and an exciting user experience when playing on our sites. We cover game lobbies, gaming initiatives, provider integrations and more.   

What will you be doing? 

The role of Technical Support / Configuration Engineer means that you will join and influence a project which is being created using the latest technologies (C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, JS Frameworks, Rabbit, Kafka, Docker, AWS, k8s, MS SQL Server, Redis, Couchbase, Coralogix, Grafana). We are a very Agile team that uses Scrum and common sense to assist in development.  

  • Learn our Gaming System and underlying business model/processes 
  • Provide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for iGaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.) 
  • Participate in regular configurations of iGaming System. 
  • Communicate with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions. 
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams to drive business OKRs and deliver operational excellence. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Expertise in technical support, particular across 2nd/3rd  line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product mainly in (C# .NET) 
  • Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices, APIs, certificates and cloud based development 
  • Frontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture   
  • Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Change Management processes. 
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing requests using frameworks like MoSCoW or the Impact/Urgency Matrix. 
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.
