Job description

This is a remote position.

Volunteer Role: Pet Listing Administrator

We're looking for warm, motivated volunteers to join us as Pet Listing Administrators at PetRehomer. If you have good written English, strong attention to detail, and are comfortable using basic computer tools such as email and WhatsApp, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be reviewing new pet listings, checking whether they meet our rehoming criteria, and helping owners by gathering any extra information needed before making a decision. Empathy is key — many owners contacting us are going through emotional and difficult situations, and your support can make a huge difference.

You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where everyone works together to help pets find safe, happy new homes. Our roles are fully flexible to suit your lifestyle, and we actively welcome applications from people living with disabilities.

Every action you take in this role genuinely changes lives — for both pets and their people. If you’re caring, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!
