As an AI Pathways Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms, generative AI models, and big data analytics to drive business growth and improve customer experience. You will work closely with our team of data scientists, software engineers, and UX designers to develop AI solutions.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- Essential requirements - highly numerate with a strong background in quantitative science (e.g., Math, Physics, Statistics or Computer Science) and a bachelor’s or master’s level qualification gained in 2023 or due to be completed by September 2024
- Hands-on experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics is a must. Additionally, knowledge of Physiology, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Business and Finance is a plus.
- Deep understanding of a few key machine learning or statistical models
- Considerable experience in Python or experience with multiple data-centric programming languages enabling Big data analysis
- Skilled in JavaScript, with a practical understanding of microservices and API development.
- Knowledgeable about cloud computing platforms like Google Vertex AI and Microsoft OpenAI.
- Familiar with the principles of data science and systems design.
- Additional experience with UX design, HTML, and CSS will be considered a plus.
- Innovative thinking, with enthusiasm, energy, and drive
- Strong critical thinking, planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative teams.

Benefits
Associate Pathways cohort members who complete the program requirements will be activated for client assignments by June 2024. Compensation varies based on client and associate profile. The general range is $50000/yr - $70000/yr for client assignments, after program completion.
