Job description

  • Review candidate conflicts questionnaires and related materials to ensure completeness and compliance with Firm policies and ethical obligations.
  • Conduct new hire conflicts searches using Firm databases and established search protocols.
  • Employ Boolean logic in accordance with Firm policy to perform conflicts searches.
  • Research and analyze parties, corporate affiliations, and related entities using internal and external research resources.
  • Leverage internal and external information sources to analyze and filter conflicts search results.
  • Identify potential conflicts issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Communicate with candidates, recruiters, attorneys, and administrative personnel regarding new hire conflicts inquiries and follow-up requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate conflicts analysis.
  • Assist with training, process improvement initiatives, and other conflicts and onboarding-related projects, as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
