Location: Remote (India)
Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹20,000 per month
Type: Part-time

About the Role
We're hiring a part-time Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of a convenience store business based in the United States. Your hours line up with the US morning, so you'll be online while our store managers are starting their day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store managers over email, phone, and messaging to collect daily updates and information
  
• Monitor and respond to the business email inbox
  
• Complete and file daily paperwork — sales summaries, shift reports, invoices
  
• Update and verify pricing for store items
  
• Follow up with vendors on orders and invoices
  
• Maintain records in Google Sheets / Excel
  
• Flag anything urgent to management promptly
  

Duties are not limited to the above and will grow with the business.

Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and paperwork
  
• Comfortable with email, Google Sheets or Excel, and WhatsApp
  
• Reliable internet, a working computer, and a quiet space for calls
  
• Able to commit consistently to 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
  
• Organized and self-directed — you follow up without being reminded
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting US or international clients
  
• Exposure to retail or inventory operations
  

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
