About the Job:

We are looking for an Amazon Brand and PPC Manager to manage and optimize our client's Amazon business across advertising, profitability, listings, keyword rankings, promotions, product launches, and account health. In this role, you will connect PPC performance with profitability, conversion rates, organic rankings, inventory, and overall business growth. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support expansion across Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product-level profitability and CM3, identify margin declines, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Display, and DSP where applicable.
  • Monitor TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, search-term performance, and budget allocation to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Optimize Amazon listings, including images, A+ Content, titles, bullet points, and other conversion-focused content.
  • Monitor organic keyword rankings, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
  • Manage promotional activities, including Prime Day, BFCM, Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to align advertising, promotions, product launches, and inventory availability.
  • Support the setup and management of the Amazon UK marketplace.
  • Monitor Amazon account health, handle routine cases and communications, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Review customer feedback and identify insights that can improve listings and product decisions.
  • Manage product launches, including keyword research, campaign setup, and initial ranking strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display.
  • Strong knowledge of SellerBoard or similar Amazon profitability tools.
  • Solid understanding of CM3, TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, Amazon fees, returns, and reimbursements.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword ranking, and listing optimization.
  • Experience improving CTR and CVR through listing and creative updates.
  • Experience managing US and European Amazon marketplaces is an advantage.
  • Experience with Amazon UK marketplace management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Helium 10, DataDive, and Amazon Brand Analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to identify root causes and recommend actions.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.-
