Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our "Leaders in Action" guest speaker programme. As a Guest Speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and insights with our learners during monthly lunchtime webinars. The programme aims to expose our apprentices to diverse perspectives on leadership and management, enhancing their understanding and skills in the field.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Engaging Webinars: Deliver a one to one-and-a-half-hour webinar on a leadership or management-related topic of your choice.
  2. Interactive Q&A Session: Facilitate an interactive Q&A session to engage with our learners and address their questions.
  3. Remote Delivery: Conduct sessions remotely via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
  4. Flexible Topics: Provide insights on topics not limited to the core curriculum, encouraging diverse perspectives on leadership, such as executive presence, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and personal development.
  5. Collaborative Planning: Work with our team to coordinate session details and ensure a seamless and valuable experience for our learners.


Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Leadership and Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in public speaking or webinar facilitation.
  • Commitment to a collaborative and interactive learning approach.
  • Availability for monthly webinars during lunch hours.

Compensation:

  • Compensation ranges from £150 to £250 per session, negotiable.
