Job description

About Braavo

Braavo Capital has financed mobile app growth for more than ten years. We’ve deployed billions of dollars to hundreds of app companies through revenue-based products — App Store advance payouts, revenue-based financing, and structured credit — underwritten on our own direct integrations with the app stores, ad networks, payment processors, MMPs, and everything in between.

We’re in a phase of rapid expansion, with multiple lines of business and several new product rollouts coming through 2026 and early 2027. We’ve spent a lot of time building the products. We’re looking for someone senior enough to help shape how we take them to market — and hands-on enough to do the work.

The Role

You’ll own how Braavo’s products are positioned, explained, launched, and sold.

That starts with our existing products. Braavo has a broader range of financing options than most companies in our market, but that breadth only matters if a founder or CFO can quickly understand what each product does, when they should use it, and why Braavo is different.

It also means helping bring several new products to market. The products are already in motion; your job is to work with the people building, underwriting, and selling them to figure out the story, the customer, the launch, and what the sales team needs to take them to market successfully.

This is not a role where product hands a brief to marketing and waits for a campaign. You’ll need to get deep into the product, understand the economics behind it, talk to customers and prospects, pressure-test the positioning, and then actually build the materials.

You’ll work directly with our founder & CEO and closely with product, originations, underwriting, and operations.

What You’ll Own

Positioning and go-to-market

  • Develop positioning and messaging for Braavo’s existing and upcoming products.

  • Turn complex financing structures into language that a founder or CFO can understand quickly without oversimplifying what we do.

  • Own go-to-market for new products, including target customer, use cases, messaging, competitive positioning, launch plans, and post-launch iteration.

  • Make sure the way we describe Braavo is consistent across the website, sales process, product materials, and customer communications.

  • Understand how competitors position themselves, where the market is moving, and where Braavo should be differentiated.

Sales and customer insight

  • Give our origination team what they need to sell effectively: decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, competitive materials, email language, and whatever else helps move a real conversation forward.

  • Spend enough time with the sales process to understand what prospects are asking, where they get confused, and why we win or lose.

  • Talk directly with customers and prospects. Learn what language resonates with them rather than assuming we already know.

  • Bring those insights back to the product and leadership teams — especially where customer needs or competitive dynamics suggest we should change something.

Content

  • Own the product-oriented content that supports the business: product pages, customer stories, launch materials, sales content, email campaigns, and educational content.

  • Be a strong enough writer to create the first version yourself. You may work with designers, agencies, or other marketers, but you should not need a copywriter to explain the product for you.

What Success Looks Like

  • Months 1–3. You understand Braavo’s products well enough to explain them clearly and have identified where our existing messaging and materials need to improve.

  • Months 3–6. Our core products have sharper positioning, the sales team has materially better tools, and you’ve played a central role in bringing at least one new product to market.

  • By month 12. Braavo has a repeatable product marketing function, clearer positioning across the portfolio, and a stronger feedback loop between customers, sales, product, and marketing.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who likes getting into the details of a product and then figuring out how to make those details matter to a customer.

You should be equally comfortable talking through a financing product with the people who built it, interviewing a customer about why they used it, rewriting a webpage because the positioning isn’t quite right, and sitting with the sales team to understand why a prospect didn’t get it.

We’re less interested in someone who has spent their career managing large marketing programs from a distance. This role needs someone who can think strategically and still do the work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing, product, growth, or another role where you’ve had real ownership of how a B2B product is positioned and brought to market.

  • Demonstrated experience launching new products or major product lines.

  • Excellent writing. You can explain something complicated without making it sound complicated.

  • Strong commercial instincts. You care about whether the positioning actually helps someone buy the product, not just whether the copy sounds good.

  • Comfortable working directly with sales, product, leadership, and customers.

  • Able to operate with a lot of autonomy.

  • Curious enough to learn the economics of the mobile app industry and the financing products we provide.

Experience in fintech, specialty finance, B2B SaaS, mobile apps, gaming, or subscription businesses is useful, but not required.

Braavo + Great Apps

The role will be focused primarily on Braavo. That said, our team also works closely with Great Apps (www.greatapps.com), a business that grew out of Braavo and is building products around growth and monetization for subscription apps. For the right person, there may be opportunities to work with the Great Apps team on positioning, launches, and related product marketing initiatives as well.

Location and Structure

  • Based in the United States or Europe. Remote.

  • Reports directly to the founder & CEO.
