We are currently searching for a SAP SAC Planning Lead:

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning implementations.
• Engage directly with Finance business stakeholders to design future-state planning processes.
• Conduct business workshops with Finance, Controlling, FP&A, and Business Planning teams.
• Translate business planning requirements into scalable SAC Planning solutions.
• Define planning processes, planning models, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Drive solution design decisions and provide planning process best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning implementations.
• Deep integration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Prior experience leveraging SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) for planning processes.
• Strong functional understanding of Finance, Controlling, and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) workflows.
• Ability to facilitate business workshops and translate stakeholder needs into technical architectural designs.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired 

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
