Job description

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Account Manager, Developer Relations to join our team, with a focus on engaging software companies and developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with a small, strategic set of software solution providers (and their developers) to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms. Your mission is to partner with software companies to build AI agent-powered tools and integrate AI into their products making use of the NVIDIA platform, including open models and software frameworks and libraries.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise, experience in technical account management, and combines these with a passion for developer advocacy, business development and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Establish relationships (both technical and business) at every level with a small set of strategic, regionally important software companies, and develop and implement a strategy to integrate the NVIDIA platform into these company’s products.

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developers within the software companies you support, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Accelerate critical software company workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources—such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines—to accelerate software company adoption and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.

  • Represent NVIDIA at industry and developer events

  • Communicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company’s products

What We Need to See

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in engaging with Product and Engineering organizations at enterprise-scale software companies on strategic product integrations.

  • Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and working on product integration with vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications.

  • Significant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems and contributions to product integrations and software libraries.

  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops

  • Proven track record to structure and implement sophisticated technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate the commercial impact of integration of NVIDIA’s platform

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing AI solutions with software companies building vertical specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications.

  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts and articulate value propositions to audiences ranging from AI/ML Engineers to C-suite executives, with end-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and bringing solutions to market with strategic ISV partners

  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms including agentic systems that incorporate domain-adapted, open models.

  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

  • Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product rationalization.
