Job Description

The EPC is a key operational contact for Agilent’s customers, ensuring smooth program delivery, operational excellence, and a differentiated customer experience. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate programs, solve challenges, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers

  • Coordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices

  • Support program and project delivery with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction

  • Integrate onsite with customer teams, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships

  • Execute customized duties as defined in customer program agreements

  • Drive continuous improvement and add value through proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Degree in scientific or technical field preferred, but experience is valued equally

  • 1–2 years in a similar role supporting programs/projects in technical or customer-focused environments

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities

  • Comfortable handling technical service requests, purchase orders, and invoices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers

  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving results

  • Experience in laboratory or technical settings and SAP is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
