Provides specialized expertise in a specific vertical or product category to support sales teams in identifying and closing opportunities. Collaborates with account managers and customers to assess needs, demonstrate product value, and develop tailored solutions. Drives revenue growth by optimizing sales strategies, delivering technical insights, and ensuring seamless product integration. |
Key Responsibilities
- Administers contractor equipment processes and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational and client requirements.
- Coordinates somewhat complex client requests and equipment needs, balancing priorities to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- Applies knowledge of contractor equipment and the electrical industry to identify solutions and support customer requirements.
- Develops somewhat complex proposals and estimates for equipment needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer goals.
- Implements standard operating procedures for equipment usage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Communicates with customers to understand equipment needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Evaluates customer feedback and market trends to refine equipment offerings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Documents equipment transactions, processes, and customer interactions to maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned
