AI is transforming engineering by accelerating simulation, improving design, and enabling real-time digital twins. In this leadership role, you will shape NVIDIA’s AI Physics strategy, build the market, and accelerate adoption across EMEA. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Strategy: Turn NVIDIA’s global AI Physics vision into focused regional plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive Market Growth: Accelerate adoption across automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, semiconductors, climate, and other engineering-intensive industries.

  • Build Executive Relationships: Engage senior engineering, R&D, technology, and business leaders, positioning NVIDIA as a strategic AI Physics partner.

  • Develop the Ecosystem: Collaborate with engineering software companies, cloud providers, system integrators, research organizations, and consulting partners.

  • Create New Opportunities: Identify high-value use cases, build strategic opportunities, and grow a strong regional pipeline.

  • Accelerate Customer Success: Help organizations move from experimentation to production and demonstrate measurable engineering and business value.

  • Shape NVIDIA’s Direction: Bring market insights and customer feedback to product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of experience in AI, engineering simulation, scientific computing, accelerated computing, enterprise technology, or business development.

  • Proven success building new markets, developing strategic opportunities, and delivering sustained business growth.

  • Strong understanding of AI Physics, scientific machine learning, engineering simulation, digital twins, HPC, or computer-aided engineering.

  • Experience engaging engineering software providers, industrial customers, cloud providers, research institutions, and technology partners.

  • A record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business decision-makers.

  • Outstanding strategic, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo, CUDA-X, Omniverse, AI surrogate models, or physics-informed machine learning.

  • Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, electromagnetics, weather and climate modeling, or other simulation domains.

  • Strong relationships across the EMEA engineering software, industrial, research, and HPC ecosystems.

  • Success taking emerging AI or simulation technologies from early adoption to scaled production.
