Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Lead Visual Communication Designer to drive the visual storytelling and creative excellence of our marketing, brand, and communication initiatives. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing end-to-end creative projects across print, digital, video, social media, events, corporate communications, and branded content.

The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with project management capabilities and can lead multiple stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and production partners to deliver high-quality creative assets aligned with business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Develop compelling visual concepts and creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and enhance audience engagement.

  • Lead the visual direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, events, and corporate communications.

  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all internal and external communication channels.

  • Translate complex ideas and business narratives into impactful visual stories.

Design & Content Development

  • Design and oversee the creation of:

    • Marketing collateral and brochures

    • Catalogues and covers – journal and books

    • Infographics and data visualizations

    • Social media creatives

    • Digital advertising assets

    • Email marketing templates

    • Landing pages and web visuals

    • Corporate presentations

    • Event branding and signage

    • Motion graphics and videos

  • Create and review visual assets for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Video & Multimedia Management

  • Lead video projects from concept development to final production.

  • Develop storyboards, scripts, visual treatments, and motion graphic concepts.

  • Manage video editing, animation, post-production, and multimedia projects.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent creative projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product teams, marketers, internal partners and external agencies.

  • Establish project timelines, creative workflows, review cycles, and production schedules.

  • Prioritize workload based on business impact and campaign objectives.

Print Production & Vendor Management

  • Oversee print production processes including specifications, pre-press reviews, proofing, and vendor coordination.

  • Work with printers, and production agencies to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure all print materials meet brand and production standards.

Brand Governance

  • Act as custodian of the organization's visual identity.

  • Develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and design systems.

  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand positioning and messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, creative services, or integrated marketing design.

  • Proven experience managing print, digital, and video projects simultaneously.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, campaign design, publications, digital content, and multimedia.
