About you:

You’re a driven new business sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers find the right software for their needs. You’re confident managing the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to close, and you’re motivated by achieving results in a fast-moving software environment.

You enjoy speaking with senior decision-makers, understanding their challenges and showing how technology can make a real difference to their business. You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable balancing prospecting, customer meetings and pipeline management.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound activity, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and industry events, as well as following up on enquiries generated by our business development and marketing teams.

  • Run a consultative sales process, uncovering customer needs, delivering tailored software demonstrations and creating proposals that align to business goals.

  • Manage opportunities from qualification through to negotiation and close, maintaining accurate forecasts and keeping customer relationship management (CRM) records up to date.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the legal software market, customer challenges and competitor offerings to support high-quality commercial conversations.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) software as a service (SaaS) sales, with success in winning new customers and growing a sales pipeline.

  • Experience selling into the legal sector or working with legal technology solutions, such as practice management, case management or compliance software.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.

  • Experience managing a territory, maintaining accurate forecasts and balancing prospecting activity with active sales opportunities.
