Job description

This is a remote position.

Eine Schweizer Boutique-Anwaltskanzlei mit klarem Fokus auf das Startup- und Investoren-Ökosystem (Finanzierungsrunden, Scale-up-Begleitung, grenzüberschreitende Transaktionen) sucht langfristige Verstärkung in der juristischen Dokumenten- und Vorbereitungsarbeit. Die Kanzlei arbeitet bereits sehr konsequent mit KI-Tools im Tagesgeschäft – gesucht wird jemand, der diese Arbeitsweise nicht nur mitträgt, sondern aktiv mitgestaltet. Das Mandat ist bewusst langfristig angelegt (mindestens 2–3 Jahre), das Pensum liegt bei rund 40% und die Arbeit erfolgt vollständig remote.

  • Du bereitest juristische Dokumente vor und auf – Verträge, Beschlüsse, Vorlagen und Mandatsunterlagen.
  • Du übernimmst Recherchen und stellst Unterlagen für laufende Mandate zusammen.
  • Du setzt KI-Tools (Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT) systematisch im täglichen Arbeitsablauf ein.
  • Du prüfst KI-Outputs kritisch auf juristische Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit – die Qualitätssicherung liegt bei dir.
  • Du entwickelst Prompts, Vorlagen und Abläufe weiter und machst die KI-gestützten Prozesse der Kanzlei laufend besser.
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Anwaltsteam zusammen und entlastest es bei allem, was vorbereitend anfällt.


Requirements

  • Du studierst Rechtswissenschaften (Bachelor oder Master) oder hast einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund. Kenntnisse des Schweizer Rechts sind ein deutlicher Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an KI und sicherer, alltäglicher Umgang mit Claude, ChatGPT und vergleichbaren Tools – das ist für diese Rolle zentral.
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hoher eigener Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Ownership-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Bereich.
  • Bereitschaft für ein langfristiges Engagement von mindestens 2–3 Jahren.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
