This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Full-Time Legal Secretary to support their growing legal team by managing daily administrative operations, coordinating communications, and helping ensure the smooth handling of legal matters. Responsibilities

  • Organize legal documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative and legal support tasks as needed.
  • Ensure deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
  • Support the legal team with general office coordination and workflow management.
