Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Marketingkampagnen (online & offline)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Koordination von Marketingmaterialien (z. B. Präsentationen, Flyer, Newsletter, Landingpages)
  • Content-Organisation für Website und Social Media (Redaktionsplanung, Briefings, Abstimmung mit internen/externen Stakeholdern)
  • Mitarbeit im E-Mail-Marketing (Segmentierung, Versand, Auswertung, A/B-Tests)
  • Pflege von CRM- und Marketing-Daten (Listen, Verteiler, Leads; Datenqualität sichern)
  • Koordination von Agenturen, Freelancern, Druckereien und weiteren Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei Events, Messen und Webinaren (Organisation, Einladungen, Materialien, Follow-ups)
  • Monitoring und Reporting von Marketing-KPIs (z. B. Reichweiten, Leads, Conversion; Erstellung von Reports)
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Termin- und Budgettracking, Bestellungen sowie Ablage/Asset-Management
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Website (z. B. Inhalte, Landingpages, einfache CMS-Pflege in Abstimmung mit dem Team)

Ihr Profil

  • 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing (Assistenz, Koordination oder vergleichbar)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein strukturiertes, eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office/Google Workspace (insb. PowerPoint/Slides und Excel/Sheets)
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Marketing-Tools von Vorteil (z. B. Newsletter-Tools, CMS, CRM, Analytics)
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; sichere Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld sind erforderlich
  • Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und ein gutes Gespür für Marken und Zielgruppen
