Senior Sage Intacct Consultant

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused, and solutions-driven Senior Sage Intacct Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident consultant who enjoys leading implementations, solving complex business challenges, mentoring others, and helping clients get real value from their Sage investment.

Location: Remote, (the role will require travel to UK client sites as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

Sage Intacct Consulting & Solution Delivery

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Sage Intacct solutions.
  
• Analyse client business processes and design effective system solutions.
  
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations to meet client requirements.
  
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery. 
  

Project Management

• Manage Sage Intacct projects from scoping and solution design through to successful delivery.
  
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  
• Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
  
• Proactively manage project risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  

Client Training & Enablement

• Deliver engaging and effective user training sessions.
  
• Create user documentation, training materials, and guides.
  
• Ensure clients are confident and proficient in using Sage Intacct for their business operations. 
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.
  
• Assist with resource planning and project staffing.
  
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  
• Support cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, where required.
  

Quality & Process Management

• Maintain high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.
  
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of consulting SOPs.
  
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits.
  
• Ensure compliance with service standards and internal processes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  

Experience

• 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct solutions.
  
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
  
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
  
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
  
• Experience delivering user training and facilitating workshops.
  
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
