Key Responsibilities

1. Business Data Harmonisation: Construct steadfast integrations for various traditional business systems, establishing a consolidated and reliable digital data source. Automate data assimilations and maintain the highest standards of data quality, ensuring a smooth transition for businesses into the digital realm.
2. Digital Transformation Strategy: Contribute significantly to our groundbreaking initiative aimed at bridging the gap between traditional record-keeping and modern digital systems. By translating pen-and-paper records into digital formats, you'll be aiding businesses in improving efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
3. Integrate Third-party Solutions: Spearhead integration with third-party partners and fortify our existing collaborations. Inject innovation, ensure a seamless transition during system integrations, and elevate our offerings to provide an intuitive, user-centric experience.
4. User-Driven Problem Solving: Adopt a user-centric outlook, catering to the evolving demands of the businesses we serve. Tackle a myriad of challenges with creativity and efficacy, enriching our existing data solutions, refining dashboards, and bolstering our automation potential.

Skills and Experience

• Programming Mastery: Solid expertise in SQL and Python/PySpark is paramount. This foundation will aid in data manipulation and project contributions.
• Analytics and Reporting Prowess: Experience with tools like Looker for data visualization is vital. Distill complex data into actionable insights and user-friendly reports.
• Digital Record Keeping: Experience with platforms akin to Sendgrid for digital record keeping and data acquisition will be an advantage.
• Data Modelling Expertise: Knowledge of LookML, BigQuery, and Dataform is essential. Handle vast data sets and craft models to derive insightful information.
• Data Processing & APIs: Proficiency with Azure Databricks for batch tasks is non-negotiable. Acquaintance with API handling, especially REST and SOAP, is a must for third-party service integrations.
• DevOps and Governance: Familiarity with DevOps practices, using tools like GitLab, and comprehension of CI/CD pipelines will be crucial for efficient tech operations.

Note: A background in AI/ML might be advantageous, along with familiarity with specific traditional business practices in Bangladesh.

What We Offer

Salary: BDT 200,000 - 250,000
