Job Description

LACONICS is looking for a Middle/Senior Front-end Developer to join one of our web applications team.

As a specialist within the team, you will be responsible for implementation of modern JavaScript applications, but you will also collaborate in envisioning for new projects, perform code reviews and be the Senior you needed as a Junior, for our interns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional, remote and international teams to define, maintain APIs, test and deliver complex solutions

Some of the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Strong experienced in JavaScript and TypeScript with deep understanding of async programming, closures, ES6, etc.
• Develop interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high quality, efficient, reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Follow the agile development methodologies and practices.
• Exchange information and ideas with the team, evolve and model the new user-facing features
• Experience with Node.js, and tools and frameworks like npm, React, Redux, express.
• Knowledgeable with HTML, CSS, and web development, including concepts like layout, browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Strong background in web technologies with intimate understanding of the HTTP/HTTPS protocol, service-oriented architectures, REST APIs, GraphQL, the Web - curity standards, etc.
• Knowledgeable about Operating System concepts like networking, file system, IPC, process, and memory management, etc.
• Familiar with design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure preferably Azure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in building software in JavaScript
• 2+ years experience working with TypeScript
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding skills at interacting with people, both within the organization (from developers to senior management) and with customers/partners.
• Responsible, organized, and hardworking with excellent communication skills.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working in international team.
