Job description

Position Responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals through KPI management.
  • Leverage on data analysis and build relationships to drive results
  • Management and development of customer base.
  • Prospect new distributors and key end-customers. Identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide support and training to distributor network.
  • Keep Salesforce log updated.
  • Maintain & strengthen customer relationship. Build business loyalty and customer goodwill.
  • Regularly travel and meet customers, support their organizations to secure new business opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Attend trade shows and assist in both staffing distributors and connect with key buyers.
  • Develop territory brand product forecast.
  • Collaborate with team members in sales, marketing and operations to improve processes and practices. Helps to maintain current business while gaining new ones.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through SFDC, CRM, B2B, Leads.

Job Details

  • Track sales volume and manage new business opportunities.
  • Execute company pricing strategy and enforce company policies among distributors.
  • Follow-up on order status (credit hold, order entry hold, etc.)
  • Interaction with other sales support departments (customer service, credit, brand merchandisers, etc.)
  • Develop and execute business plans at territory level.
  • Build, strengthen, and develop new commercial relationships with distributor network and end customers.
  • Provide training and hands-on coaching on product specs and company processes to dealers’ associates.
  • Develop sales reviews for dealers. Conduct on-site and remote meetings.
  • Develop business proposals targeted to end customers.
  • Support distributors to close sales deals.
  • Keep Salesforce log updated.
  • Attend and be vocal in meetings with company teams and departments.
  • Provide market intel at territory level.
  • Operate under cost effective and productivity approach.
  • Create and analyze sales reports.
