Your mission

  • Take ownership of end-to-end technical project management for your assigned customers — from gathering requirements through to successful project delivery and acceptance
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams consisting of software developers, testers, and support specialists
  • Develop technical solution concepts together with your project partners and define the project roadmap
  • Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide technical support and contribute to departmental initiatives and improvements
  • Support the sales team in a technical pre-sales role, helping to acquire new customers and strategic partners
  • Occasional business travel is required

Your profile

  • Completed technical degree combined with relevant professional experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally proven within the telecommunications industry
  • Experience with modern telecommunications networks, network topologies, and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, applied effectively in day-to-day project and stakeholder management
  • Sociable, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented working style with a structured approach
  • Confident communication with international customers and partners across diverse cultural and business environments
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and resolve complex issues
  • Strong understanding of customer and partner needs, organizational structures, and timelines, translating them into a shared project roadmap and alignment
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
