ZOHO Automation & Integration Specialist / AI Developer (Part-Time / Contract – Panama)

This is a remote position.

We’re seeking an  experienced Zoho expert and automation specialist to help us streamline and scale our real estate sales and client engagement system. This is a technical/strategic role requiring deep expertise across Zoho One apps, especially CRM, Creator, SalesIQ/Zobot, and integrations with  Twilio, OpenAI, Claude, GitHub, Retell  external APIs, etc.  The ideal candidate has a passion for and is currently using the latest features in AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex,and Anthropic. 

You will work closely with the founder and team to build automations, simplify workflows, and enable smart client and agent experiences through integrated tech.

Role Overview

You will work closely with our project manager and company leadership to design, build, and optimize our Zoho ecosystem — including CRM, Creator, Flow, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Analytics, and Deluge scripting. You’ll likely also support AI website design and marketing automation tasks.

This role requires strong technical Zoho expertise, AI Skills , an eye for user experience, and the ability to translate business processes into efficient, scalable automations.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Workflow Optimization
  
• Improve UI and dependent field logic in Zoho CRM modules (Listings, Contacts, Leads).
  
• Map and migrate contacts carefully between modules.
  
• Review, document, and optimize existing workflows for maximum efficiency.
  
• Automate lead routing, notifications, and reporting dashboards.
  
• Integrations & Automations
  
• Develop custom Deluge scripts and workflows using Zoho Creator, Flow, and API integrations.
  
• Connect Zoho with external systems (e.g., Amazon Connect, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other CRMS).
  
• Configure multichannel communication via Zoho SalesIQ, including chatbot and AI assistant setup.
  
• Integrate AI in all aspects of the business (website creations, marketing content, chatbots)
  
• Analytics & Reporting
  
• Build dashboards and KPI tracking tools to measure marketing and lead follow-up performance.
  
• Integrate data from Zoho Analytics and CRM for better visibility across departments.
  
• Marketing & Website Support
  
• Assist with automated content pipelines for social media, blog, and newsletter.
  
• Support basic graphic design (flyers, PowerPoints, website visuals) when needed.
  
• Collaborate on website performance optimization (SEO, page speed, user flow).
  
• Website Development Use AI tools to add additional projects and functionality for website

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Zoho One ecosystem (especially Creator, Flow, SalesIQ, CRM, and Analytics)
  
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations
  
• Understanding of CRM UI/UX best practices
  
• Experience with automation and workflow design (AI Tools, Claude Code, Anthropic, N8N)
  
• Familiarity with WordPress, but more important, Next Gen AI tools for website creation
  
• Skills in PowerPoint, Canva, or basic graphic design tools
  
• Advanced English proficiency
