About the Role:

A respected custom home builder is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join their high-performing team.

With projects currently exceeding expectations, they need a proactive professional to ensure that every build is executed with precision—from scheduling works to ordering materials as required.

This role begins as a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to manage your day effectively before transitioning to a hybrid model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget.

  • Material Coordination: Order and manage materials to keep projects progressing without delay.

  • System Expertise: Utilise Onsite Companion efficiently (minimum 2 years’ experience required) to streamline operations and enhance communication.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on track.

  • Technical Proficiency: Use Microsoft Office and related software to manage project data and communications effectively.



Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years’ direct experience using Onsite Companion

  • Tech Savvy: Must be highly computer literate and proficient with Microsoft systems and other required software

  • Problem Solver: Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges efficiently

  • Location: Based in South East Queensland

  • Availability: Immediate availability is preferred—the right candidate can start immediately
