Job description

At CloudSmiths, we’re passionate about delivering tailored, high-impact cloud solutions that transform how industries operate. We are currently looking for an Intermediate Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to join our dedicated Salesforce practice and help drive sophisticated implementations for clients in the financial sector.


In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of modern fintech processes and deep Salesforce architecture. You will be responsible for designing and building secure, scalable solutions that streamline wealth management, banking, or insurance operations—translating complex financial client requirements into seamless digital experiences.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to extend Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
  • Configure and optimise FSC core structures, including Financial Accounts, Household/Group relationships, Goals, Action Plans, and Financial Goals.
  • Build robust REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce FSC with core banking, wealth management, ERP, and legacy financial systems.
  • Harness Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to automate intricate financial workflows and customer journeys.
  • Implement stringent security models, field-level security, and data governance standards compliant with financial sector regulations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders while guiding mid-level team members on technical best practices.


What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience developing specifically within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (Intermediate: 3+ years of overall Salesforce development).
  • Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio tools is highly advantageous for building complex UI/UX and data flows.
  • Proven experience with API integrations, enterprise architecture patterns, and middleware tools.
  • Direct experience with banking, wealth management, insurance, or general financial services processes.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
    • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (a plus for Senior level)
