Job description

Dutch Speaking Travel & Tourism Advisor – Premium Travel Brand

Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Must be resident in or relocating to Greece)

Design Unforgettable Journeys from Anywhere in Greece

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Dutch-speaking Travel Advisor for a 100% remote position within the Greek territory. In this role, you will represent a premier global travel and booking brand, helping Dutch-speaking travelers plan, book, and enjoy seamless vacations around the world. Trade the grey skies of Northern Europe for 300 days of Aegean sunshine, all while working from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece—whether that's an island in the Cyclades or a historic town on the mainland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Consulting: Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and local excursion details.
  • Booking & Reservation Management: Process itinerary changes, cancellations, flight rebookings, and special request add-ons (extra baggage, seat selection, dietary needs) using global distribution systems (GDS).
  • Travel Advisory: Provide accurate guidance regarding international travel requirements, passport/visa rules, and insurance options.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve booking discrepancies, flight delays, or hotel accommodation issues with empathy, speed, and professional clarity.
  • Customer Loyalty: Build strong relationships with travelers by delivering personalized recommendations and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level Dutch with professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full PC equipment, headset, and dual monitors provided and shipped directly to your door).
  • Passion for Travel: Strong interest in global tourism, geography, and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and comfort navigating multi-screen booking platforms.

Relocation & Benefits

  • Financial Package: Base salary of €1,500 Gross/month, structured as 14 payments per year (including full Christmas, Easter, and Summer holiday bonuses under Greek labor law) plus monthly performance bonuses.
  • Relocation Package: Paid flight to Greece and 3 full weeks of hotel accommodation to support your arrival while you establish your remote setup.
  • Work Flexibility: 100% Work From Home (WFH) from any location within the Greek territory after initial training at the Athens offices (only for candidates who relocate, local candidates will be also trained remotely)
  • Professional Perks: Full paid initial training by travel industry experts, private health insurance from day one, and clear pathways into team management, training, or quality assurance.
  • Lifestyle: Enjoy a lower cost of living compared to the Netherlands or Belgium and an unbeatable Mediterranean work-life balance.
