💼 Responsibilities:

• 🧠 Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions
• 📊 Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality model training
• ⚙️ Build scalable data pipelines and integrate ML models into production environments
• 🔍 Monitor model performance, retrain, and fine-tune models as needed
• 🛠️ Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered features
• 📑 Document experiments, methodologies, and best practices for reproducibility
• 🔒 Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI/ML workflows

🛠️ Required Skills:

• 💬 Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• 👩‍💻 Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• 📊 Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• 🗂️ Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Spark) and SQL/NoSQL databases
• ☁️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment
• 🧾 Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• 🔧 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize models for scalability and performance
• ✅ Previous experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role is strongly preferred
