CDN Lead Developer / IT Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our CDN (Content Delivery Network) company. The ideal candidate will need to have work experience from a previous CDN Company, with expertise in DDoS mitigation, Kong and Nginx, web acceleration, SSL certification, scalable systems, cloud services, DevOps, and leading 24x7 teams.

Job Title: Software Engineer Manager (CDN Industry) / Lead Developer / IT Manager / Technical Lead

Salary: $3,000 - $8,000 USD per month (Negotiable Depending on skill set and quality of previous work experience)

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of CDN services
• Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance systems, while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to DDoS mitigation, web acceleration, SSL certification, and cloud services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CDN and cloud services
• Lead the team to establish and maintain DevOps practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Ensure 24x7 availability and provide timely resolution of production incidents and customer issues
• Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience in the tech industry with expertise in DDoS mitigation, Kong and Nginx, web acceleration, SSL certification, scalable systems, cloud services, DevOps, and leading 24x7 teams.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
