Job description

Sporticulture is looking for Administrative Coordinator – Licensing & Compliance (FULL REMOTE)

About the Role

The Licensing & Submissions Coordinator plays a key role in managing product submissions to league partners, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, communication, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Submission Management

  • Manage submissions across leagues & platforms
  • Learn and follow league‑specific standards
  • Submit large volumes of product content accurately
  • Track submission status, approvals, revisions, and timelines

Design Team Coordination

  • Follow up on missing or incorrect designs/images
  • Communicate revision needs to avoid delays
  • Ensure alignment between design output & league requirements

Record Keeping & File Management

  • Maintain detailed submission tracking
  • Organize files within Sporticulture Dataverse
  • Improve file management processes
  • Maintain correspondence and approval logs

Cross‑Department Coordination

  • Notify Marketing when web‑ready images are needed
  • Coordinate UPC creation with Operations
  • Assist in managing product lifecycle milestones

Technical Capability

  • Basic Adobe Photoshop preferred for light edits

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of digital submissions
  • Familiarity with Photoshop (preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Prior experience in product, licensing, or admin support a plus
