About the Role
Supporting Strategies is a trusted partner in financial operations support for small businesses. We are seeking a high- energy, responsible, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the growth engine for our sales team.
As our core SDR, you will not just be executing a playbook, you will be helping us write it. You will be the critical first touchpoint for prospective clients while simultaneously working alongside sales leadership to define, build, and scale the SDR function at Supporting Strategies.
What makes this opportunity different?
Unlike standard SDR roles, you will not be boxed in by geographic territories; you will have an expansive landscape of accounts to call on nationwide. Additionally, you will enjoy the autonomy of a 100% remote work environment, trading the noise of a traditional call center for the flexibility of your home office. Because independently building a pipeline demands exceptional self-discipline, resilience, and focus, we highly value candidates with a proven track record of success in remote sales.
Your primary objective is to prospect, qualify, and develop leads to build a predictable sales pipeline for the Supporting Strategies assigned Business Development team. By uncovering new opportunities and establishing initial trust, you will directly enable the team to focus on developing tailored solutions and fostering long- term client relationships.
