Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Partner – Japan & Korea is a member of the Global Sales Enablement team, embedded in the region to support sales leadership, managers and sellers across Japan and Korea.

This role brings global enablement programs and capabilities into the region, helping ensure they are locally accessible, understood, adopted and applied. The Partner will work closely with the field to understand business and performance needs, augment global programs with targeted local support, and bring regional insights and best practices back to Global Sales Enablement.

Success requires strong business acumen, critical thinking, credibility and influence with sales leaders and sellers, strong communication and presentation skills, and an outcome-oriented mindset focused on accelerating time-to-productivity, strengthening seller and manager capability, improving sales execution and contributing to overall sales performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Japan and Korea sales leadership and managers to understand business priorities, performance challenges and seller capability needs.

  • Bring global Sales Enablement programs, learning, content and tools into the region, driving awareness, adoption and application.

  • Coordinate localization of global enablement resources for Japan and Korea, including language translation, while maintaining the integrity and consistency of global messaging and content.

  • Augment global programs with targeted local support based on identified performance and capability needs.

  • Serve as a local face and voice for priority global enablement initiatives, helping sellers and managers understand what is changing, why it matters and how to apply it.

    • Support seller and manager capability through local reinforcement, practice, workshops and other targeted activities where they add value.

    • Partner with sales managers to reinforce enablement priorities, strengthen coaching and support accountability for application and improved execution within their teams.

    • Support onboarding and ongoing development of sellers and managers, with a focus on accelerating time-to-productivity and sustained performance.

    • Drive adoption and effective utilization of sales tools and technologies, helping sellers and managers apply capabilities that improve productivity and sales execution.

    • Serve as the two-way connection between the region and Global Sales Enablement—bringing field needs, adoption barriers and insights back to the global team, while identifying regional best practices that can be shared and scaled more broadly.

    • Use performance data, adoption measures and field insights to prioritize enablement needs, assess effectiveness and continuously improve support and business impact.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness or a related commercial role, preferably within a B2B technology, software or services environment.

    • Fluent Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and the factors that influence seller performance.

    • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and performance needs into focused enablement actions.

    • Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence and collaborate effectively with sales leaders, managers and sellers.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an outcome-oriented approach focused on seller productivity, sales execution and business performance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Korean language proficiency.

    • Experience with modern sales enablement, sales productivity and AI-enabled technologies.

    • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales organizations and/or both new-logo and existing-client sales motions.
