Desarrollador Back-End - Freelance

Estamos buscando a una persona apasionada por la música, la tecnología y el emprendimiento que desee unirse a como Desarrollador Back End- Freelance. Inicialmente será a tiempo parcial (modalidad proyectos) durante un período de prueba, con la posibilidad de cambiar a tiempo completo tras un análisis de rendimiento. Este es un rol clave para el crecimiento y la evolución tecnológica de la startup.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como desarrollador principal, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la construcción y mejora de nuestra plataforma tecnológica. Serás responsable de convertir nuestra visión en soluciones técnicas robustas, trabajando directamente en el desarrollo de la plataforma para alcanzar rápidamente el product/market fit. Posteriormente, te convertirás en el arquitecto de las soluciones técnicas, desarrollando nuevas funcionalidades que escalen con el crecimiento de la plataforma y asegurando que el código sea limpio, eficiente y sostenible, siguiendo principios como Clean Code, DRY y KISS.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

  • Desarrollo de la Plataforma: Implementar la arquitectura técnica, desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades y asegurar la escalabilidad y rendimiento de la plataforma.
  • Visión Técnica: Colaborar con el equipo fundador para diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia técnica que nos permitirá alcanzar rápidamente el product/market fit.
  • Optimización del Código: Escribir código eficiente, escalable y reutilizable que mantenga altos estándares de calidad, identificando y solucionando problemas técnicos de manera proactiva.
  • Mejora Continua: Implementar mejoras técnicas continuas y asegurar una experiencia de usuario fluida y segura.
  • Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Asegurar que la plataforma cumpla con los estándares de seguridad y protección de datos.
  • Innovación Constante: Mantenerse al tanto de las nuevas tecnologías para asegurar que la plataforma siempre esté actualizada y competitiva.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia sólida y comprobada en desarrollo Back End, con un enfoque en buenas prácticas de programación.
  • Fuerte formación técnica en desarrollo de software, diseño de arquitectura y soluciones basadas en la nube.
  • Dominio en tecnologías como:
    • Frontend: ReactJS, Bootstrap y otras librerías modernas. (Deseable)
    • Backend: NodeJS o Python, utilizando frameworks como Django o Flask.
  • Conocimiento en RESTful, OpenAPI, GraphQL y OAUTH2.0.

  • Modalidad: Proyecto freelance con posibilidad de vacante fija en futuro. Favor indicar el número de horas disponibles a la semana.
  • Ubicación: El Salvador o remoto LATAM
