We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of dentist compensation administration, accounts receivable analysis and reconciliation across Dentalcorp practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring doctors are paid accurately and on time and that practice AR is monitored, reconciled, and reported with integrity.
You are a proactive and service-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization. With a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and financial analysis, you bring the ability to translate complex compensation, AR, and expense data into meaningful insights that support operational decision-making and financial integrity.
You excel in collaborative environments, partnering with Operations, Practice Managers, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable outcomes. You demonstrate the accountability, judgment, and independence required to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of accounts receivable, compensation administration, expense reconciliation, and internal controls, and demonstrates the ability to support, guide, and mentor junior team members.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $90,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
