Purpose of Role/Summary:

The role is based at Ingot Group Kenya Office and focuses on delivering educational and training support across the company’s services and platforms. The position is responsible for providing structured learning materials, conducting webinars and seminars and supporting both clients and internal teams through training initiatives. The role contributes to enhancing overall understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and company services, while ensuring all content aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver educational content including webinars, seminars, and training materials focused on financial markets and trading concepts
  • Conduct regular webinars and seminars for clients, covering trading fundamentals and platform usage
  • Manage and deliver internal training programs to enhance staff knowledge across financial products and services
  • Design and execute tailored training sessions for high-net-worth clients with a high level of customization
  • Deliver training sessions and provide educational support to the Kenya office, including coordination with local teams when required
  • Develop structured educational materials, presentations, and learning resources in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to support client education initiatives and overall business objectives
  • Ensure all educational content and training sessions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Continuously stay updated on financial products and platforms to maintain high-quality training delivery
  • Support the improvement and development of educational programs and training strategies
  • Adhere to company values (Ethics, Commitment, Innovation) while maintaining high professional standards
  • Any other duties relevant to the role


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of financial services business
  • Knowledge of capital markets
  • Fluent in English and Swahily
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge in the dynamics of macroeconomics
  • Previous experience with financial brokers
