Lead and optimize Salesforce CRM across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and AI-enabled automation initiatives to improve customer experience, data quality, and business efficiency.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in CRM Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Administrator roles.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, asynchronous processing, SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, and APIs.

  • Experience owning Salesforce architecture, technical design, security, performance, deployment, code quality, and production support.

  • Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics capabilities within CRM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, governance, data quality, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization.

  • Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, or platform support teams.

  • Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics functions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.

  • Advanced Salesforce, architecture, Marketing Cloud, or AI-related certifications are preferred.

  • Experience in B2B, distribution, manufacturing, or multi-ERP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce as the enterprise CRM platform across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Analytics, and Technology.

  • Define CRM strategy, roadmap, architecture, and backlog priorities.

  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, security, performance, and deployment.

  • Review solution designs and oversee code quality, testing, maintainability, and Salesforce best practices.

  • Guide developers and technical teams through complex Salesforce, integration, performance, and governor-limit challenges.

  • Identify and manage Salesforce technical debt, legacy integrations, inefficient automation, and platform risks.

  • Lead CRM data governance, validation, profiling, cleansing, UAT, and quality assurance.

  • Design and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and business processes.

  • Support integrations with ERP, PIM, SIM, eCommerce, data platforms, and AI tools.

  • Evaluate and scale AI-enabled CRM capabilities including predictive insights, recommendations, and automation.

  • Enable CRM data for personalization, forecasting, and intelligent customer interactions.

  • Own Salesforce dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data readiness.

  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop CRM team members.

  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, enablement, and change management.

  • Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, platform health, and production issues.

  • Partner with vendors, developers, architects, administrators, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams.
