Job description

Desde Q-tech Buscamos un/a Senior Platform Engineer que se convierta en la referencia técnica en plataforma de una compañía tecnológica en fase de crecimiento, ya generando ingresos y preparando una nueva ronda de inversión altamente selectiva para acelerar su expansión en EE.UU

No es un perfil “lobo solitario”: necesitamos a alguien con mentalidad colaborativa, fuerte capacidad de interlocución técnica y cómodo/a trabajando codo a codo con desarrollo, data y producto.

Reportarás directamente al CTO y tendrás visibilidad e impacto desde el primer día.

A medio-largo plazo, existe la oportunidad de construir y liderar el equipo de plataforma.

Stack

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – entorno 100% gestionado

  • 1 clúster de Kubernetes

  • Infraestructura como código 100% con Terraform

  • Backend en Node.js + TypeScript (monolito modular estable)

  • IDP (Internal Developer Platform) con margen de mejora

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura de plataforma para soportar tráfico global y picos de alta demanda.

  • Mejorar la fiabilidad, observabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad del entorno.

  • Optimizar la experiencia de desarrollo (DX) y evolucionar la IDP.

  • Definir estándares de infraestructura y buenas prácticas.

  • Acompañar a los equipos de desarrollo en decisiones técnicas relacionadas con infraestructura y plataforma.

  • Participar en decisiones estratégicas de arquitectura.

  • Contribuir activamente al crecimiento técnico del equipo

Que buscamos

  • Experiencia sólida como Platform / DevOps / SRE en entornos cloud.

  • Experiencia profunda en AWS y Kubernetes en producción.

  • Dominio de Terraform y principios de Infrastructure as Code.

  • Experiencia gestionando sistemas con picos de alto tráfico.

  • Mentalidad orientada a producto y negocio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración técnica.

  • Interés en evolucionar hacia un rol de liderazgo técnico en el futuro.
