Senior OTP Platform Engineer / Tech Lead (Remote)

Buscamos un perfil senior con fuerte capacidad técnica y de liderazgo para tomar ownership de una plataforma crítica de autenticación (OTP) en un entorno enterprise.

Qué vas a hacer:

  • Liderar la evolución técnica de una plataforma OTP (generación, validación y delivery)
  • Diseñar arquitecturas escalables, resilientes y de alta disponibilidad
  • Implementar lógica de fallback, retries y manejo de errores
  • Integrar múltiples sistemas y servicios (APIs, eventos, mensajería)
  • Mejorar observabilidad (logs, métricas, monitoreo)
  • Asegurar altos estándares de seguridad y protección de datos
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio, actuando como referente técnico

Qué buscamos:

  • Experiencia sólida como backend senior en sistemas críticos en producción
  • Fuerte conocimiento en arquitecturas distribuidas, microservicios y APIs
  • Experiencia en sistemas de alta disponibilidad, escalabilidad y resiliencia
  • Manejo de integraciones complejas (APIs, webhooks, colas, eventos)
  • Experiencia con cloud, contenedores y entornos productivos
  • Conocimiento en seguridad (autenticación, encriptación, control de acceso)
  • Inglés fluido (excluyente)

Plus:

  • Experiencia con sistemas OTP / SMS / WhatsApp / email
  • Experiencia en entornos enterprise o B2B
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de colas y procesamiento asíncrono
