Portuguese-Speaking Support Specialist

Are you a native-level Portuguese speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve account, service, and general support queries

• Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience

• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Portuguese proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

• English proficiency B2–C2

• Customer service experience advantageous

• Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

• Salary: EUR 1045–1100 gross per month - paid x14 (instead of the typical x12 per calendar year)
