Suchst du eine Teilzeitstelle (60%) im IT Support im Raum Zürich? Unser Kunde, ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Zürich-Altstetten, sucht eine erfahrene Fachperson im IT Support zur Unterstützung des täglichen Betriebs. Die Stelle ist vor Ort angesiedelt und erfordert Präsenz von Montag bis Freitag.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Supportanfragen (Tickets)
  • Unterstützung bei klassischen ITSupport themen wie Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Benutzerverwaltung
  • Lizenz- und Account-Administration (z. B. Nutzerrechte, Zugänge, Updates)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Eskalation an externe Partner bei Bedarf
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten wie Rollouts und Systemeinführungen
  • Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder bei technischen Fragen vor Ort und remote, in Deutsch und Englisch

Dein Profil

  • + 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Support, idealerweise in einem mittelgrossen oder internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten du löst gerne Probleme und unterstützt Anwender
  • Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
