Job description

Make Richpanel the company every CX leader knows before they need us.

Richpanel is the AI-native helpdesk. We replace the old helpdesk and the next few support hires.

We are profitable, backed by Sequoia Capital, and trusted by 3,000+ paying brands. ARR is already in eight figures and growing 110% year over year. Our team is small by design.

DTC gave us our first market. Your job is to make it one of several.

You will own how Richpanel is understood, discovered, discussed, and chosen.

This role combines brand marketing, product marketing, channel building, and new-market development. It reports directly to the CEO.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Build a brand people remember

• Make Richpanel's point of view clear across our site, decks, events, and customer stories.

• Build an excellent X presence inside DTC, ecommerce, CX, and AI communities.

• Turn customer evidence into posts, case studies, research, and conversations worth sharing.

Find the story that wins

• Join sales calls and interview customers, lost deals, partners, and operators.

• Test positioning and offers against real buyers.

• Build battlecards that help sales win against Gorgias, Zendesk, Fin, Decagon, and Sierra.

• Keep our website and pitch aligned with what buyers believe.

Diversify our channels

• Make PPC, AEO, content, events, referrals, and partnerships produce qualified pipeline.

• Set a clear thesis, budget, and success bar for every channel.

• Scale winners. Stop weak bets quickly.

Open enterprise and new verticals

• Find markets where our product solves urgent, valuable support problems.

• Build each vertical from research to its first repeatable motion.

• Define the ICP, triggers, objections, message, proof, channel, and sales play.

• Help Richpanel win beyond DTC without weakening what already works.

This is a builder's role. You will write, research, ship, and talk to customers yourself.

Requirements

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF

• You have 7+ years in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, brand, or category creation.

• You have opened a new market, geography, segment, or vertical from zero.

• You can show work that changed perception and created qualified pipeline.

• You understand both brand and demand. You do not treat them as separate teams.

• You write clearly and know how to earn engagement on X.

• You are comfortable with PPC, AEO, content, events, and partnerships.

• You have built positioning, launch plans, sales narratives, or competitive battlecards.

• You enjoy deep research, customer interviews, and field work.

• You can work directly with a founder and decide with incomplete information.

• You use AI daily to research, draft, analyze, and move faster.

• Ecommerce, DTC, CX, or enterprise AI experience is useful, but not mandatory.

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF

• You only manage agencies or large teams.

• Your answer to every growth problem is more paid spend.

• You avoid customer calls, sales calls, or writing.

• You report impressions without connecting work to buyer behavior or revenue.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days

• Complete 25 customer, prospect, partner, and lost-deal interviews.

• Ship a message map, pitch narrative, and four useful battlecards.

• Build a repeatable X publishing and engagement system.

• Launch three channel experiments with clear stop or scale rules.

• Select two new verticals and ship the first GTM test for each.

Six months

• At least two new channels produce repeatable qualified pipeline.

• One non-DTC vertical produces a credible opportunity set and clear win-loss evidence.

• Richpanel's story is consistent across the website, sales deck, demos, and market conversations.

Benefits

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

You are not inheriting a finished playbook. You will decide what Richpanel becomes known for.

You get:

• Direct access to the CEO, customers, product team, and sales calls.

• A real budget for research, content, events, and channel experiments.

• A profitable company with eight-figure ARR, 110% year-over-year growth, and proven customer outcomes.

• Ownership of the brand, the growth portfolio, and our next markets.

• A small team with little process between an idea and a live test.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $190,000 to $225,000 base salary.

• 20% target performance bonus. Total target cash compensation is $228,000 to $270,000.

• 0.5% to 1% equity, vested over four years. This is meaningful ownership, not a token grant.

• 25 paid days off each year.

• Learning and development allowance.

• Annual offsite and quarterly team gatherings.

• Remote role based in the United States.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. CEO conversation focused on work you personally led.

2. Live working session on one Richpanel vertical and one channel.

3. Evidence review covering writing, research, launches, and business results.

4. Final conversation and references.

We aim to complete the process within two weeks.
