E-Learning / EdTech

WeScale.ai is a Caribbean growth marketing agency that helps $1M–$10M businesses scale through diagnostic-first strategy and systematic optimization. We identify the constraints blocking growth, validate them against benchmarks, and build targeted solutions that improve performance across the entire funnel. Most agencies sell tactics. We focus on the underlying system. Our methodology removes guesswork by analyzing your offer, funnel, and metrics to find the highest-impact leverage points. Every campaign is built on structured testing and measured against clear performance benchmarks. We work with growth-stage businesses across the Caribbean, including events, restaurants, retail, professional services, and e-commerce. Our diagnostic-first framework has driven up to an 87% revenue increase in as little as six to nine months, backed by consistent improvements in conversion rates, retention, and marketing efficiency. Job description

The machine is built. Nobody is driving it.

WeScale teaches print-on-demand sellers how to build real brands. Founder Chris Heckman has generated over $30 million in sales from his own brands, and the audience is already here: close to 180,000 YouTube subscribers across two channels, a free community of about 35,800, an email list of about 19,500, and just over 1,000 paying members at $199 and $499 a month.

The webinar Chris presents every other Saturday closes about one in four attendees, against a 10 to 15 percent industry norm. Revenue in a webinar month runs close to double a month without one. Content ships. Community runs.

And then there is the demand side. Paid ads have been dark since July. No newsletter has gone out in over 30 days. About 6,000 people who asked for a lead magnet never received it. Attribution has failed three times since August. Growth is about 44 new paying members in a webinar week and a handful in a normal one.

The tooling exists: Meta and Google ad accounts with API access and spend guardrails, Hyros attribution, Klaviyo, the funnels, and a Marketing Hub dashboard, all wired into Claude Code. Chris built it and runs it between everything else. He has said marketing is the most important thing the company can do right now.

That is the problem. That is where you come in.

What you own

Everything between someone seeing an ad and someone becoming a paying member. You report directly to Chris and work alongside Meg (content) and Joe (community). They feed you audience. You tell them which videos and posts produced buyers.

  • Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, YouTube included. Retargeting first, then cold traffic into the Blueprint quiz and the webinar. Standing budget of $1,200 a day without approval, more when results justify it.

  • Email, end to end. The list, every flow, every send. The weekly newsletter, the onboarding rewrite, and the 6,000 lead magnets waiting to be delivered.

  • Every funnel's conversion. The Blueprint quiz, BuildMyPOD (about 580 entries a week, 5 to 7 percent buy), the Accelerator sales page, the webinar pages.

  • The webinar campaign. Calendar, emails, retargeting, replay, offer window. Chris presents. You run everything around him. Last cycle 1,172 registered.

  • The scoreboard. Hyros, Klaviyo, Marketing Hub. The 7am pulse in Slack, the Monday trend recap, one KPI line into the Friday leadership call. Tracking never goes blind on your watch.

  • Testing of creative, audiences, and offers inside the guardrails.

  • The AI command center. Extend it and build the agents that do the busywork. We scale with agents, not headcount.

Not yours: content creation, community and retention, product, and Chris's personal-brand ads.

Guardrails: offer, price, and public claims change only with Chris's sign-off, and only approved claims are used. A test that changes the offer, breaks a guardrail, makes an unverified claim, outruns delivery, or breaks attribution goes to Chris first. Everything else is your call.

What success looks like

  • New paying members grow every week, not just webinar weeks.

  • Ads are on, profitable, and attributed, with a known and falling cost per paying member.

  • The newsletter ships weekly. The lead magnets are delivered. Onboarding is rewritten.

  • Free-to-paid moves above today's 3 to 4 percent.

  • Webinar registrations grow cycle over cycle with the close rate protected.

  • Within a year, Chris no longer opens Klaviyo, Meta, or Hyros himself.

Who you are

  • You have personally run paid ads on Meta and Google with real budgets and been accountable for the return. Managing an agency that ran them does not count.

  • You have run email at scale in Klaviyo or equivalent: flows, deliverability, and a recurring send you were judged on.

  • You have built and fixed funnels and worked with attribution tooling such as Hyros.

  • You are AI-native. Agents and automation are already how you work, not a future initiative.

  • Closest fit: community, course, coaching, or membership businesses that grow through YouTube, webinars, and email. E-commerce marketers fit if the skills above are there.

How we work

Small team by design. You do not need permission for anything except deleting something or making a rapid change. Go all the way; Chris will tell you if he needs 20 percent less. If a question is waiting for a standup, it waited too long. Ownership means finding who will do it, including an agent, not silently absorbing it yourself. All communication happens in shared Slack channels, no side channels, including for money.

Every hire agrees in writing to four values: Set the Standard (we don't compete, we set the bar), Extreme Ownership (no excuses, no passing the buck), Radical Candor (the truth, directly and with respect), and Fiduciary Mindset (the customer's interest comes first, as if we were legally bound to it).

The package

  • Base: $12,500 to $16,000 a month, paid on the 1st and 16th

  • Performance incentive: a percentage of the incremental contribution profit you create, capped annually, set in the offer

  • Equity: 0.25 percent profits interest, four-year vest, one-year cliff

  • Full-time contractor. Two weeks paid time off. No medical or retirement benefits.

  • Remote, USA. US business hours with Central overlap. Every other Saturday is a live webinar campaign day.

  • Start immediately
