Job description

Anovia (formerly Innovatia Technical Services) is an industry-leading technology outsourcing support provider with expertise in the telecommunications industry. Operating for over 20 years, we specialize in workflow and knowledge processes, as well as technical support, helpdesk and multilingual support services. With over 200 professional experts across the globe, we service some of the worlds’ most successful Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.

About the Role

Anovia is building an outbound-first go-to-market engine across email, LinkedIn and paid media, with HubSpot as the system of record. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to run that engine day to day.

This is a hands-on execution role rather than a strategy or people-management role. The successful candidate will own the operating health of the outbound infrastructure, administer and continuously improve HubSpot, monitor paid media performance and spend, produce campaign and nurture copy, and deliver the weekly and monthly reporting that leadership runs the business on.

The role suits a marketing operations generalist who is comfortable moving between technical configuration, data hygiene, campaign copy and performance analysis within the same day.

Core Accountabilities

These are the areas the role owns outright and will be measured on.

1. Email Engine & Deliverability

· Monitor bounce rates by sending domain against defined thresholds; investigate and pause sending on breach.

· Monitor spam and complaint rates across the sending estate against defined thresholds.

· Track per-mailbox send volumes against agreed caps and identify runaway or stalled sends.

· Manage warm-up ramps for mailboxes still building reputation.

· Rotate and rebalance sending load across mailboxes; rest or retire underperforming mailboxes.

· Provision new mailboxes end to end, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration and custom tracking domain setup.

· Conduct domain reputation audits, including blacklist checks and reputation trending.

· Review sequence performance by campaign, tier and step to locate drop-off.

2. HubSpot Administration & RevOps

· Administer, configure and maintain the HubSpot platform.

· Design, implement and optimise sales pipelines, lead management processes and automated workflows.

· QA new records on sync and import; identify and resolve duplicates on domain and email.

· Maintain accurate lifecycle stage and lead status progression through the funnel.

· Enforce marketing contact governance, promoting records only at genuine engagement to control licence consumption.

· Monitor marketing contact volumes against the licensed ceiling.

· Work the data quality queue, resolving flagged, incomplete and invalid records.

· Maintain active, suppression and exclusion lists.

· Enforce naming, tagging and tier conventions on all import batches.

· Run workflow health checks to confirm automations fire correctly.

· Audit properties and fields; prune unused properties to keep the data model clean.

· Verify integration and connector health across the stack.

· Confirm source-to-revenue attribution remains intact.

· Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing user support.

· Document CRM processes, standards and best practices.

· Partner with Sales leadership to coach and train users on effective HubSpot usage and CRM best practices.

3. Reporting & Analytics

· Deliver the weekly multi-channel performance report across channels and target tiers.

· Maintain the send-side reporting dashboards and BI layer.

· Review outbound platform performance dashboards.

· Run funnel and attribution diagnostics.

· Produce the monthly leadership performance pack.

· Produce the monthly conversion and coaching trend report.

4. Paid Media Performance Management

· Monitor spend pacing against budget caps and investigate anomalies.

· Monitor delivery health and learning-phase status across campaigns.

· Review landing page conversion performance and brief iterations.

· Reconcile spend across platforms for consolidated reporting.

· Run a monthly performance review by target tier and offer.

5. Content & Copy

· Produce net-new campaign assets as campaigns rotate.

· Write and refresh nurture sequence copy.

· Write SEO content briefs and direct the external SEO agency.

· Produce landing page copy variants for testing.

6. Data & Targeting

· Maintain suppression alignment across all data and outreach vendors.

· Monitor signal sources for trigger events, including RFx activity, leadership changes and M&A.

· Re-score the target universe as the ideal customer profile evolves.

7. Vendor & Program Management

· Keep exclusion lists synchronised across vendors.

· Resolve prospect collisions between vendors and internal channels.

· Manage tool renewals, seat allocation and licensing.

8. Brand & Web Governance

· Enforce approved terminology and positioning across all assets.

· Remediate legacy terminology across site navigation, footers and pages.

· Write page briefs and QA delivered pages with the build resource.

9. LinkedIn Outbound Coordination

· Coordinate sender seats to prevent duplicate prospect contact across seats and channels.

· Review acceptance and reply rates by seat and by target tier.

10. Planning & Governance

· Forecast marketing spend and operate change control against budget.

Desirable Exposure

The following areas sit with other members of the go-to-market team. Experience here is welcome and will strengthen an application, but it is not a requirement and will not be used to disqualify candidates who meet the accountabilities above.

Outbound execution

· Reply triage, classification and routing to sellers within a defined SLA.

· Cadence copy iteration and testing of new angles and offers.

· List validation and email verification prior to load.

· Pruning low-performing cohorts out of active send into nurture.

· Daily LinkedIn connection and follow-up activity across sender seats.

· Responding to LinkedIn accepts and inbound conversations, progressing them toward a meeting.

· Target list refresh across sender seats, and connection and message copy testing.

Paid campaign management

· Google Ads search-term mining, negative keyword management, bid and budget tuning, and keyword expansion.

· LinkedIn Ads audience refinement and budget management.

· Creative rotation, fatigue detection and budget reallocation to winning combinations.

Data sourcing and enrichment

· New cohort identification and firmographic enrichment.

· Tier tagging on new records.

· Total addressable market refresh and expansion.

Sales collateral and programme support

· Producing and updating capability decks and one-pagers.

· Developing case studies from closed wins.

· Vendor coordination and monthly vendor performance review.

· Roadmap maintenance and test prioritisation.

Ways of Working

The role participates in a weekly operational sync covering progress, blockers and decisions, a biweekly progress check-in, and the monthly revenue review. Availability for overlapping United States business hours is required for these sessions and for coordination with the wider go-to-market team.

Required Qualifications

· 6+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration.

· Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management and reporting.

· Demonstrated ownership of cold email infrastructure, including domain and mailbox provisioning, warm-up, rotation, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration.

· Demonstrated accountability for deliverability metrics against defined bounce and complaint thresholds.

· Proven experience maintaining CRM data quality, governance and de-duplication at scale.

· Experience building and maintaining multi-channel performance reporting and dashboards for a leadership audience.

· Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads sufficient to monitor spend pacing, delivery health and campaign performance, and to reconcile spend across platforms.

· Ability to write campaign, nurture and landing page copy to a publishable standard.

· Experience designing and optimising lead management and sales processes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· HubSpot Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software or HubSpot Sales Software certifications.

· Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications.

· Experience in a RevOps or Sales Operations function.

· Experience integrating HubSpot with other business applications.

· Experience with BI and dashboarding tools.

· Experience supporting B2B technology, IT services or managed services organisations selling into the United States.

· Experience managing external agencies and data vendors.
