  • Maintain a centralized Compliance Defect Log and translate QA findings into actionable weekly feedback for operational Team Leads to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on compliance misses to differentiate between system threshold errors and investigator oversight, recommending necessary process adjustments.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external audits by providing evidence of QA testing integrity and ensuring high-quality, audit-ready data.

Experience & Background

Skills & Competencies

What success looks like in this role

  • Maintenance of flawless execution, high-velocity accuracy, and total regulatory integrity across all operational touchpoints.
  • Consistent meeting of SLAs and regulatory policy standards across KYC/Due Diligence, AML, LEA, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud divisions.
