POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a remote Neuroradiologist to join our evening shift team. This opportunity offers a variety of flexible scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle, while providing the support and stability of a collaborative, quality-driven hybrid academic-private practice.

Flexible Scheduling & Shift Details:

7-on / 7-off

12-on / 9-off

2:00 PM- 11:00 PM

100% Remote-work from the comfort of your home

Collaborative team environment-never work alone, even during evenings

Serve a focused, regional client base-not a nationwide telerad model

While the standard schedule is 7-on / 7-off, we are open to discussing alternative shift structures that better align with your lifestyle or availability

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO), residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology

Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)

Fellowship-trained in Neuroradiology (1-year post-residency)

CAQ in Neuroradiology preferred

Medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Florida

Fellows and residents encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $500,000-1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

LOCAL PRACTICE OVERVIEW

RAF is a leading radiology practice in Florida. We serve the most prestigious, established health systems in the state, including on the east and west coasts, the Florida Panhandle, and the Keys. Our scale affords our practice stability and affords our radiologists flexibility in study mix and scheduling. We also recognize that scale alone does not beget excellence. We are quality-oriented, and we practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty-level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists. Our state-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets.

Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large, rather than in a few founders or a small group of shareholders. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. In Sarasota, our physicians' staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments.
