POSITION SUMMARY

  • 100% Remote Day shift, 12 PM - 8 PM EST
  • Up to $50k Sign On Bonus with a 2-year requirement + retention bonus

LOCAL PRACTICE OVERVIEW

HCA Florida Healthcare serves the region through an interconnected four-hospital system that includes HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. Among them, HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital stands out as a leading teaching facility and a vital healthcare hub in the area. This 398-bed acute-care hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical services, including a 41-bed emergency department that handles approximately 80,000 visits annually. It is home to the region's only Level II Trauma Center, the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a dedicated Pediatric ICU, making it an essential provider of critical and specialized care. As a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center, the hospital is equipped to handle the most complex neurological emergencies. Recognized for its excellence, HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital has earned the top spot on the elite list of Top Performing Hospitals by The Joint Commission, underscoring its commitment to delivering high-quality, life-saving care.

  • FL license or ability to obtain

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $400,000-$450,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
