    • Resolve escalations, spot risks early, and coordinate with attorneys on strategy.

  • Client program management

    • Act as day-to-day operational lead for assigned accounts; run status calls, SLAs, and reporting.

    • Translate business objectives into clear workplans; anticipate volume spikes and set filing calendars.

  • Quality, efficiency & continuous improvement

    • Implement standardized SOPs, checklists, and QA controls; ensure accuracy in your team’s work.

    • Identify bottlenecks and lead Lean/Six Sigma-style improvements to cycle time and first-pass yield.

  • Data, reporting & insights

    • Use dashboards to manage throughput, backlog, expiries, and compliance milestones.

    • Convert data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal leadership.

  • Technology & automation

    • Champion use of case-management systems and automation tools; pilot new features and drive adoption.

  • Training & knowledge management

    • Build and deliver training on US immigration processes, policy updates, and best practices.

    • Maintain and evolve playbooks, templates, and knowledge bases.

  • Stakeholder communication

    • Tailor communications to executives, HR/TA partners, and employees; set expectations and timelines.

    • Participate in client meetings and present solutions with clarity and confidence.

  • Risk, ethics & compliance

    • Uphold firm policies and code of conduct; ensure audit-ready documentation and DOL/USCIS compliance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise: Deep working knowledge of high-volume NIV/IV processes including PERM and adjustment of status; strong drafting/review skills.

  • Operations: Proven ability to manage SLAs, capacity planning, and complex, deadline-driven workflows.
